When you contact us or request a visit, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, message, relationship to the child, the child's name and date of birth, requested start date, and other information you choose to provide.
Please only provide information needed for your inquiry. You do not need to provide a child's full name or date of birth to ask a general question.
How we use information
We use submitted information to answer inquiries, discuss availability, arrange tours, understand your child care needs, and take requested enrollment steps. We do not sell personal information.
Service providers
The website is hosted by Vercel. Form submissions are delivered by email using Resend and may remain in the business email account and the service providers' systems. The website does not save submissions in its own database.
Google Maps content may connect to Google services when loaded. Google may process technical information according to its own privacy policy. No advertising or analytics tags are currently configured in the website code; this policy will be updated if that changes.
Retention and protection
We keep inquiry information only as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage requested child care services, meet legal obligations, or resolve concerns. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet or email system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Access, correction, and deletion

Processing location
Our service providers may process information outside British Columbia or Canada, where it may be subject to the laws of that location.
